PLEASE DO NOT RESERVE ANY APPOINTMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE FULLY READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITONS.

 

  • Choose an appointment date/time that is convenient for you.

(Please schedule in timely manner for your engagement)

 

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be requested to secure service and date. All deposits are due within 3 to 4 business days. Remaining balance is due the day of service or the day before the appointment date in order for confirmation of service. If full amount has been paid their will be no refund unless the client or makeup artist has emergency to place.

 

  • Once payment post, you will receive a confirmation via email or by mobile number provided. ( If confirmation is not received within an 1/2hour , please feel free to contact artist via email or mobile number for confirmation)  www.kpartistry7@gmail.com or 205.243.8339/205.261.1081

 

  • If appointment is manually made by artist, Appointment will not be secured until payment has post. Unsecured Appointments will be released within 2 hours of submission. (Please assure email and contact number is correct)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Appointment is not secured until payment is posted. NO MONIES ARE REFUNDABLE. Only half (50%) of deposit will transfer on appointments. If rescheduled needed, please reschedule 48 hours prior to reserved appointment time. You may reschedule an appointment once, if it’s necessary to reschedule appointment more than once a full nonrefundable deposit will be, required. If you missed scheduled appointment or cancelled time appointment, consider your services received (no refunds (deposit or full payment) or rescheduling) unless arrangements have been agreed solely upon artist.  

****ADDITIONAL TO NON-REFUNDALE DEPOSIT/PARTIAL PAYMENT AND PAID IN FULL CLIENTS THAT CANCEL APPOINTMENTS WILL NOT RECEIVE THEIR DEPOSIT NOR PAID IN FULL MONEY BACK.  Makeup Artist will give you 2 weeks’ window to book again. ALSO IF YOU ARE 15-20MINS. LATE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A $15-20.00 PAYMENT ADDITIONAL TO SERVICE CHARGE. IF YOU ARE LATER THAT 15MINS. YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE AT ARTIST CONVENIENCE. THE ONLY PAYMENT THAT WILL BE RETURN IS A PARTIAL PAYMENT ONLY IF ARTIST HAS TO CANCEL.

Appointments before and after hours is an additional $20.00. 6:00am-7am, 7pm-10pm

Appointments on Sunday and Monday are an additional $20.00

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any allergies he/she may have to certain types of make-up and or products. It is also the responsibility of the client to disclose any skin abnormalities (i.e. eczema, acne, etc.). Due to the sensitivity or allergic reaction from products used during services and that services are commissioned at clients own risk.
